Unfortunately there is delay on appointment due to the fact that dr Mendez did not arrive on time. Suggestions do not make appointments before 11 am which is the time when doctor arrives. This happens to me 3 times.

My Daughter and I went today for our appointments. The Doctor was very thorough and his Staff very sweet. Two of my co-workers made appointments after going back to the office and telling them of our experience.

Dr Mendez is kind, patient, and caring. He always looks happy to see you. And his assistants are very thorough before he comes in. He is knowledgeable about various ethnicities and cured my adult acne (which many other derms had failed to do) by realizing it was allergies, giving me a sample of a gentle face wash, and switching one of my meds from a solution (which was causing extra dryness) to a lotion. Gone in one week! The ladies in the front are always lovely to me. The only downside is the wait. You must plan to be there for at least an hour to 1.5 hours before being seen. It's worth the wait, but you must go in prepared for this.
